About Envoke

Envoke.com develops products and services that increase the quality and quantity of leads generated through customer websites.  Our focus is the following key areas:

  1. Search-marketing-based lead generation to increase the volume of targeted traffic to our clients’ websites.
  2. Automated customer engagement and nurturing programs that transform the maximum number of website visitors into “sales-ready” leads.
  3. Lead management tools to ensure salespeople receive timely and comprehensive lead information, and that allow them to provide lead-quality feedback to the marketing department.
  4. Capturing of data from all relevant sources (including website activity, forms data, third-party data) imported into marketing databases to provide the insights marketers need to constantly improve results.
  5. Integration with third-party applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, transactional systems, and customer engagement systems (such as webinar services and event management systems).

In 2001 we developed a simple way to embed forms into websites.  This evolved into an email marketing service we launched the following year as Bettermail.ca  In 2012 the product is being renamed to Envoke.com to reflect our further evolution into a multi-service online lead generation and customer engagement campaign provider.


Over the past decade we’ve also provided search-based lead generation services for many Envoke.com users.  The ongoing services we provide to these key clients have greatly informed the development and evolution of the Envoke.com hosted service.
