Create campaigns
Use Envoke to send messages from different people in your organization depending on the campaign, the recipient, or where they signed up. Manage multiple identities
Use Identity Management to send email “From” the person in your organization who has the relationship with the recipient. For example, you may have a thousand contacts divided between four sales managers; you could easily match each contact with the manager responsible. Or, you can use a generic organizational identity, or make each of your messages from a specific person, depending on the subject.
Automatically change content
Dynamic content allows you to customize certain parts of your message depending on who’s receiving it. It can be as simple as using different contact information depending on who’s receiving the email, or as complicated as changing sections in the message based on their interests. (One common use of dynamic content is to build auto responder messages that are automatically customized, based on how a web visitor fills out an online form.)
Assign sub-accounts
Another benefit of Envoke is Multiple Sub-accounts. This means you can create one “master” account for your organization and then assign different “sub”-accounts based on department or business area. For example, a college using Envoke could have sub-accounts for alumni relations, faculty communications and students-only. Each department can manage its own emails, drawing credits from one master account. This provides versatility: you can send messages to everyone in the database if necessary.
