Customize Messages
The most important part of any email is the message itself. Envoke provides you with features that make it easy for you to create high-impact personalized messages in whatever manner suits you best.
Maintain consistency
Use Envoke’s “foolproof” template based editor to change only the elements that are supposed to be changed in each new message. Choose from a selection of customizable, pre-designed templates or have your own designed for use within the system. Build consistent messages quickly without errors. Each element within the template allows you to change only what should be changed and keeps the desired formatting automatically.
Edit freely
If full freedom is what you desire, you can use the full-featured, online WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor to build your message directly in Envoke, adding text and selecting fonts and colors just like in a standard word processing program. You can insert pictures into your message and add any number of links back to your website or other web content. Best of all, you can preview your message at any point while you're working on it. (If you prefer to build your messages using HTML, you can switch back and forth with the HTML editor at any time.)
Import messages
Working with existing graphics? Many organizations have their own art department or work with external graphic designers to create messages using tools such as Dreamweaver. With Envoke you can cut and paste the message's source code (the HTML) into Envoke, preview it, then send it. It's as easy as that!
Create text versions automatically
Every time you create and send a message, Envoke automatically creates a text version of the message. This makes it easier for people who don’t have access to an HTML-equipped browser to read your message. Every time you edit your message, the text version is automatically updated (optional). You always have the ability to edit your text version separately if you wish.
Use any language
Envoi de l'email en français ? Envoke’s editor is Unicode compliant, meaning it supports characters for any language ranging from French, Spanish and Russian to Chinese and Arabic characters. You can track language preference within your database and communicate in your customer’s preferred language.
Host images and files
As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words; this is particularly true for your emails. By adding visual elements that enhance your content, you make your messages memorable and increase the likelihood recipients will engage with you. Envoke lets you upload and archive an unlimited number of images with each account; you don’t have to add or delete images to stay within a limit imposed by some email service providers.
