Track and act on results
With Envoke you can track and analyze the success of each email campaign, then use the results to more effectively target future messages to each recipient. You can track responses using a number of parameters, ranging from as simple as who received the email and who didn't, to who opened the message, to the specific links on which each individual clicked.
Track opens and clicks
After investing time and effort to get your email delivered to the customer’s inbox, you want to know what happened to it. Envoke allows you to learn who opened the email you sent, and whether or not they clicked through on any of the links included in the message. You can compare messages to see the differences in open rate, click through rate and unsubscribe rate. (You can also group messages together to see the average open rate, click through rate and unsubscribe rate.)
Analyze at the contact level
Envoke gives you more than the number of “opens” – you can track results right down to each individual contact (a feature not offered by many leading email service providers). This gives you better information and helps you plan follow-up marketing campaigns.
Manage bounces
Envoke allows you to track the “bounce rate” of your email. This lets you know to which addresses the email couldn’t be delivered, and the reason why. Here Envoke offers an advantage over many other email marketing providers, by allowing you to analyze bounces at the individual contact level, and on a domain-by-domain basis. (For example, let’s say you have a high rate of success delivering to Gmail and MSN addresses, but less success with Yahoo. Envoke lets you isolate the domains with major problems, then take steps to correct them.)
