Actions allow you to make changes to contact records and respond in different ways to contacts based on definable triggers.

With triggers, actions will:
1) set/unset auto-responders
2) de-queue autoresponders
3) set/unset interests

and more…

Actions can be triggered when contacts fill out forms on your site, or when they take a new POLL in your email.
