The following changes have been released today:
- Responses are now added to the top of support emails – no more scrolling!
- Support email formatting updated
- You can close your own tickets
- Attachments are added to each update – this way each ticket can contain multiple attachments (the latest attachment doesn’t overwrite older ones)
- Details about your browser and operating system are logged automatically so we don’t need to ask you about this anymore
