Problem:
You have a form on a site that needs to work with an outside database or has additional custom functionality and you also want to send the information to your BetterMail account.

Solution:
Configure your outside form handing script to pass all contact information into your BetterMail account simply by calling a URL.

Example: POST request*:
https://www.bettermail.ca/form.php?cid=CID&email=EMAIL&source=2&fname=FIRSTNAME&lname=LASTNAME&successurl=SUCCESSURL

Example: GET request*:
http://bmail.ca/s2/125/107/?email=EMAIL

*Change all words in capital letters to the appropriate information. CID (Client ID) is required and tells BetterMail which account the information belongs in.

All contact DB fields can be added in this way. You can get the naming for all of the contact fields in the help index or by exporting your BetterMail database and viewing the headers.
