George Brown College uses our event module for college tours and information sessions. Events are automatically shown/hidden on forms depending on event date. Once a form is configured to use events, the list of events can be controlled from the user interface without modifying form code. Events can be used in conjunction with other Envoke form functionality.
Event signup can be integrated with any Envoke form at any stage. In this example, event selection is shown dynamically on the second step form after area of interest is selected.

Published events are synced to registration forms. When the event date passes, the event is automatically removed from the form.
