Starting December 5, 2008 BetterMail invoices will be sent via email automatically in PDF format. This replaces HTML invoices that often didn’t display properly in the emails.
In the near future we will add the ability to view past invoices online from your account through a secure channel to make it easier to keep track of your payment history.
We encourage you to switch to credit card supported billing if you haven’t already done so. The automated transactions eliminate human errors and delays in processing time. Rest assured your credit card information is stored on a secure server and is only accessed through encrypted connections.
