Multi user accounts and developers can control the ability for their users to view the entire survey exactly as it was taken by any contact and to associate responses back to individuals.

Users with this access right can see (or not see) individual responses in 3 places:

1) View a copy of each survey response as it was filled out by your contacts.

Click CAMPAIGNS > SURVEYS. Click the “number” under the TOTAL column next to a survey to display a list of the contacts that have taken that survey. To the right of each contact there is a “view” link. Clicking this link will display the questions and answers to the survey as filled out by this contact.

2) Display a list of contacts that answered a certain way to a particular question:

Click CAMPAIGNS > SURVEYS. Click the “view” link under the RESULTS column next to the survey results you want to view. Each possible question answer on the results page displays a number of people that answered that way to each question. Click the number to see the list of people.

3) Display contact names next to the “other” responses.

Click CAMPAIGNS > SURVEYS. Click the “view” link under the RESULTS column next to the survey results you want to view. Each question that includes a possible “other” response includes a link to the list of responses. Click the link to view the other responses in one column and the associated contact in the next column.
