We released a new form alert template today. The new alert displays all information that is on file for the contact who submitted the form rather than only the fields that are on the form that triggers the alert.

The new alert uses improved HTML code and a cleaner, easier-to-read layout.

You can change the type of alert you wish to receive when a form is submitted on the My Account / Options page.

Form alerts are email messages sent to a designated person when a form is submitted on a website/landing page. Alerts can be turned on or off based on “sources”. (see: Contact / Sources page)
