We pride ourselves in providing outstanding support to all of our clients. As part of our ongoing commitment to serve you better we’ve introduced a new Support Center.

You can access the Support Center from the HelpDesk page of your account or navigate to the Support page on our website.

On the Support Center you can:

  • Watch videos new
    Our training videos focus on common tasks and features such as account setup, contact list importing, message creation and campaign setup
  • Read help documents new
    We’ve published help documents to address frequently asked questions. More help files will be uploaded on an ongoing basis.
  • Submit a support ticket
    Support tickets are a quick way to get help –  our average response time is less than two hours. You can now add attachments to tickets.
  • Schedule a training session
    Book a customized one-on-one training session over the phone and via screen-share to help with account specific issues and configuration.
  • Give us a call
    We’re happy to help you over the phone any time during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST) – the only thing we ask is that you watch related videos before you call us. Remember: a support ticket is required before we can help you over the phone.
