You can now add an attachment to support tickets. If you have a screenshot or another relevant file, attach it using the “Attachment” field when you submit a new ticket or update an existing one.

We’d like to remind our users to use the HelpDesk form for support instead of sending us emails directly. The HelpDesk form is accessible via the “HelpDesk” link located at the upper right corner of the screen – next to the Logout link.
