The following changes have been released today:

  • Responses are now added to the top of support emails – no more scrolling!
  • Support email formatting updated
  • You can close your own tickets
  • Attachments are added to each update – this way each ticket can contain multiple attachments (the latest attachment doesn’t overwrite older ones)
  • Details about your browser and operating system are logged automatically so we don’t need to ask you about this anymore

Our commitment to a speedy response and resolution to each support issue remains unchanged. If you have an idea to make Envoke support even better please share it using the new feedback form.
