When you create a new campaign based on a filter, you can now set the final filter for the final campaign while setting up the campaign, and then specify a testing filter for use in testing.

This allows you to send multiple test campaigns out until your test group is satisfied, and then you can launch the campaign without changing any settings.

As an additional safety feature, you cannot select a test filter that has more than 20 contacts in it, so that you will not accidently choose the wrong filter and send out a large campaign inadvertently.
