How many emails can I send per month?

You can send unlimited emails if you’re on any of the monthly subscription plans. With the Pay As You Go plan email sending uses credits that need to be pre-purchased.,

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 15% discount for registered charities. There is no nonprofit discount. 

Are there any contracts, setup or cancellation fees?

No. Usage is governed by our Terms of Service. You can sign up and cancel any time. Free account setup is included with all accounts.

How many audiences / subscription lists can I have?

Unlimited. The number of lists you have doesn’t affect pricing. You can also store unlimited custom fields.

What level of support do you provide?

Premium support is included with all accounts on any plan by chat and scheduled screen share calls in addition to how-to videos and extensive documentation.

Do you charge for account setup?

No, we provide free and comprehensive implementation including
one-on-one training, technical setup and data migration.

How do you calculate the number of contacts used for billing?

Only active contacts are counted. An active contact is someone you can potentially send emails to. Unsubscribed and bounced email addresses are excluded.

Can I switch between plans?

What payment methods are accepted?

Monthly payment is by credit card or electronic transfer. Pay as you go credits can also be paid by cheque.

How does API pricing work?

Unlimited email sending via the API is included if you’re on the monthly subscription plan. On the Pay As You Go plan, sending emails via the API costs credits. One email sent to one contact = one credit. Contact updates via the API are free under both plans.
