Why don't you charge for number of contacts?

We believe you get the best value when you pay for the email you actually send. Many marketing automation companies charge based on the size of your contact database but assume you’ll send as many as 10 emails per month to every contact. Most companies don’t send anywhere near that amount of email. This results in high monthly fees whether or not you send frequent, large campaigns.

What level of support do you provide?

Phone and ticket-based support is included for all plans. We typically respond in two hours or less. Should you need extra help, we also provide project-based services.

Do you have sub-accounts?

Yes, and engagement credits can be shared sub-accounts so you can get better pricing. This is perfect for organizations with multiple departments that need to separate their contact databases.

What is an engagement credit?

Engagement credits are used to send emails and track website visits. One email sent or one tracked website visit equals one credit.

What are the benefits of pre-paid engagement credits?

There are two benefits. First, buying the amount of credits you expect to use in the next year will get a better price per thousand than if you paid monthly.

Second, pre-paid credits allow you to use credits as you need them rather than paying for a monthly plan high enough to cover your average usage. This benefit is bigger the more your usage fluctuates through the year.

What if I just use Envoke to send email?

If you only use Envoke to send email and you don’t place our tracking code on your website you won’t pay for website visits. You’ll also miss out on the value of our marketing automation, lead management and closed-loop tracking.

What is the cost for integrations?

Our pre-built integrations like Salesforce, Zoho, Gotowebinar, DialogTech Call Tracking and Live Chat are included in all plans. You can also integrate your applications with us yourself using our modern RESTful APIs. If you have a unique situation, such as a homegrown CRM system, we offer custom integration development on a project basis.
